Watch Dogs Legion Also Showcases Ray-Tracing Features

The feature that will define the next generation, the implementation of ray-tracing will indeed be one of the “common” visual features in so many AAA game releases in the future. Starting from multiple engines ensures support for this realistic lighting system, whether it requires special hardware or through a simulation process in software. Even though in this generation, there are only a few titles that make good use of it, the next generation of games seem ready to put a higher commitment. One of them is the newest open-world game from Ubisoft - Watch Dogs Legion.

Along with the announcement of the RTX 30 Series from NVIDIA that took place yesterday, Watch Dogs Legion is also sure to support all the ray-tracing features you want. The city of London which will be your “playground” will now look more dramatic and beautiful, where it will also be supported with DLSS features later. A more futuristic London theme complete with neon glitter in various angles, holograms, puddles, and of course eye-pleasing costumes are indeed the perfect looking places to show off what ray-tracing technology should be.

Watch Dogs: Legion itself is planned to be released on October 29, 2020 for the current-gen and PC versions. It is not certain whether the ray-tracing feature for this PC version will be immediately available on the first day of release or not. What do you think? Looks good?
